• Prepare technical documents, how-to video scripts, and other help resources to aid our existing and new customers.
  
• Oversee our website, promote our blog and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively.
  
• Conduct webinars for prospects and customers regularly.
  
• Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas.
  

Content Writer Requirements:

• 0-3 year work experience as a Content Writer or in a similar field
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Outstanding written and spoken English knowledge
  
• Ability to handle tight deadlines
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
  
• Graduation degree in an engineering stream
